How to choose the right chandelier size for your room: measure the length and width of the room in feet and add the two numbers together. Convert this number to inches and you have your chandelier size. For example, if your room is 10' x 15': 10+15=25 Therefore, select a chandelier with a 25" diameter.

Your dining room chandelier should hang no lower than 30" from the table top and should be 12" narrower than the table's width.
