What do I need to do to buy my new home in Marion, Ar. if my credit is not up to par?

Okay, you have talked to a lender and found out you need to work on a few things before you can be a home buyer, correct?  It is not the end of the world, it is doable, but, the question is if you are willing to commit to do it and work hard on it?
