The cost of home ownership in 2010 has drastically been reduced because of the fall in interest rates. Home values have held steady, or even gone up, in Northeast Tarrant County and the greater Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, but because of interest rates being at historic lows, the actually cost of home ownership has been reduced.
Troy George, a team leader of The George & Noonan Real Estate Group, demonstrates how it costs less in 2010 to buy a home than it did in 2008 or it will in 2012. 2010 is the perfect time to buy a home and have the lowest monthly payment available.
