FARMER'S MARKETS IN ST. JOHNS COUNTY
There are quite a few Farmer's markets in St. Johns County, Fl. Probably my most favorite farmer's market in St. Johns County is the one in Nocatee. The third Saturday of every month, rain or shine (and yes, I have walked it in the rain) vendors from all over the southeast gather to sell their goods.
Every month there are more than 80 vendors with new vendors adding on a continual basis. "At each market you can enjoy fresh local produce, homemade Lebanese Food, baked goods, orchids, local crab cakes, homemade spaghetti sauces, garlic infused oils, marinated garlic, homemade hot sauces, fantastic BBQ, hand crafted bath products, homemade pastas, a variety of innovative creations by local artists and much, much more!" 
Another reason this is one of the best farmer's markets in St. Johns County is the "Nocatee Kids Korner." Each month there is a different craft tied into a holiday or the time of year...for example, this month children will be making hand turkey paintings!!!
Many of the vendors have yummy lunch items so be sure to come hungry. And, don't forget to bring your furry friends as there are treats for doggies too!! With all of this excitement, who can argue this farmer's market in St. Johns County is a great way to spend a Saturday!!
MARKET TIME: 10:00am to 2:00 pm.
LOCATION: The Farmer's Market is located adjacent to the Nocatee Splash Water Park. Follow the directional signs. From A1A take Palm valley Road (CR 210) to Nocatee Parkway west to the intersection of Crosswater Parkway and travel south to the traffic circle. The entrance to the market is the same entrance for the Nocatee Splash Water Park. From US 1 take Valley Ridge Blvd east which turns into Nocatee Parkway, exit Crosswater Parkway south, travel about ½ mile south to the traffic circle, the entrance to the park is located adjacent to the Nocatee Splash Water Park).
