Jim, I am enjoying your post on the Mission Valley Condo Complexes! Great job!
You truly are the local expert on condo projects. I love how you feature aspects of the project, incorporate good photos and utilize stats and maps. Best wishes on continued success!
Jim - These prices are really attractive considering the selling prices from 4-5 years ago. Also the association fees are really reasonble when you consider what is offered.
Jim, this is a thoroughly engaging and useful presentation. I agree on the association fees. You are getting a lot for the money!
Another great write-up/market report on Mission Valley! The homes in Kensington Park look lovely and it appears that you have some great prices on these as well. You ARE the Mission Valley real estate guru, aren't you?!
Hey Jim! nice job with presenting the info about these condominiums, the first last photos are really great and so inviting :) I love the small stream near the condos, very cool :) Have a blessed day!
Thanks for stopping by, everyone.
I’m trying to catch up on my posts to see if anyone had a question or if there are some comments that need a response. If so, I’ll respond in a comment below this one.
Also remember that I return comment for comment, so I'll be by your blogs to read and comment soon. I'm exactly 30 days behind right now, but I usually catch up during Thanksgiving and Christmas, so you'll definitely hear from me soon.
And if you need a cat book for Christmas for that special cat person in your life — even yourself if you're your own special cat person in your life! — I can highly recommend “The Cat Lover’s Book of Days,” by our own ActiveRain Member Peg Silloway. It's a book that you can use year after year, and never get tired of, because there are no years in it, only days. It's great!
