St Peters offers many academic courses which include religion and family life courses taught at all levels. St Peters have courses starting with English, mechanics, constructions, the arts (Drama, Art and Photography) French as a second language, and ending with physical education and science programs. They also have programs suited for special needs and cooperative education. Famous for football, the St Peter Knights have gone years of being undefeated and winning championships. As for 2010, the senior football team has won the Ottawa Championship and is now moving for the Ontario wide championship in Toronto. With other teams include; rugby, basketball, ice hockey, soccer, field hockey, and ultimate Frisbee St Peters are the team to beat in all sports challenges. For charity, homes in Orleans can witness every year St Peter hosts "The Canley Cup" which includes students going around to the homes in Orleans, collecting canned food and non perishable items for the Cumberland Food Bank. Traditionally students then build a castle in the atrium to represent their spirit of the Knight.
