Since we're not experiencing INFLATION (wink nod) and our currency isn't being intentionally DEVALUED (wink nod) there couldn't be a better time to invest in Real Estate in todays dollars and sell it in the future for inflated dollars then old on to that cash until the US$ comes back. This is my third time through this cycle.
