i SAW SOMETHING i COULDNT BELIEVE recently.......

I found this great real estate group that was doing some promising things in the community. They were selling green buildings and creating green business environments. I liked the site, it seemed tight and I mentally filed it away with no concerns.

Now that was about a good 6 months ago. Recently, I stopped by to check on them again and I noticed  something really wrong this time around. This website was a template and I had seen it before. You'll never guess what this site was selling -- LIMOUSINE RIDES !!! The only thing that was different about it was the main pictures had been swapped out with pictures of houses.... and buildings.

When the phone company does this, (and they do it often) it is considered okay. But the end result takes on a very spammy type of web presence. This takes away from the credibility of a company. The big red flag for me here was that it was the exact same site but applied to another industry.

* I want to remind you to keep your websites special

* Use a platform that you can optimize, or have someone optimize it
