Closed another Wells Fargo Short Sale with a Freddie Mac Loan.

List price $79,900 - admittedly a smidge under market value.
Offer price $83,000.
First BPO - Home Valued at $100,000. Way wrong! We challenged it. They ordered another one.
Second BPO $86,000. Aaaahhh, that's better! However, they wouldn't take the $83k and were firm on their counter offer.
Closed $86,000. No buyer concessions, cash deal. They paid all HOA liens ($1400) and transfer fees.
*There was a hang up at closing, apparently our assigned closer either got fired or quit Wells Fargo, and we closed 2 days late because no one knew who our new closer was. Some things we have no control over.
