It has been a great year! I've had the opportunity of a lifetime to create my own
real estate village and it opened up new opportunities in my life. It like this: "Your
Mind is like a Parachute.... it works best when it's OPEN" and that is exactly what
has led me to new doors opening and new ideas.
I've started on a project by combining multiple sellers and assembled large tract
of land. Next I promoted the property, found a developer who fell in love with
the location and put it under contract. Then we started focusing on how he's
going to finance this incredible project in Johns Creek, Georgia with close to
$200 million dollars. It's not easy with today's banks saying "NO, NO, NO" on
new developments. So then a new concept began, the developer came up with
a brilliant idea of creating his own "49 year mortgage program and starting
a revoluationary concept through World Mortgage Exchange - WMEG on the
stock market". Well, it's still considered a penny company, but I bought a
Large portion of the stock because I believe in this concept.
Then I began talking with business owners, residents, leaders in our community
and our "Johns Creek European Village" area. That is when my parachute
really opened! My mind began racing because I saw the opportunity of being
able to help others. I saw how I could play an important part of something
new, something exciting and something full of opportunities. NOW.. here
comes the fun part.... slowly but surely I listened to everyone. I listened
for the I'd like but "BUT" I can't do this or I can't do that... WOW... ALL my
life I've been about SUPPLYING what is in DEMAND. It's the SUPPLY-DEMAND
approach. And BINGO... beginning of my concept of "Becoming the Mayor
of my own real estate village called JOHNS CREEK, Georgia"!
No, I am not the Mayor of the city... I'm simply "The Mayor of my Own Real
Estate Village" called Johns Creek City Guide in Johns Creek, Georgia.
I have documented my progress, I've learned what works and what doesn't,
I've learned from being a good listener from our business owners in the area.
I know feel as if I have a great handle how to duplicate this process in every
city in the country and in the world. I am willing to share it with other Realtors
around the country - I'm willing to help them "Become the Mayor of their own
Real Estate Village" whether it is in Kalamazoo, Michigan... San Francisco,
New York or Claxton, Georgia. It works for me and it will work for you!
