I can't believe I did it. I was able to complete the course in just over one year and I really think it was money well spent I learned a great deal some was repitious but it helped to re affirm the message.. I really got a lot from Gene Lunstedt GRI 404 the subject was New Home Construction. I learned new was to market to the builder not realizing what the margine is. I think everyone thinks there is a 15 -20 percent profit margin. Instead it is more like 4-6 percent.  Ther is a lot of really good neighborhood information with really good statistics at www.point2homes.com  Then search by city or county There is really a great oportunity for REALTORS on this website. email me for more information. I have learned a lot about some of the marketing I use through GRI as well. If a new agent was to ask weather to attend GRI or not I would say do it as soon as you can from the time you start within your first year. It will make a difference in what you know, and how you can react to objections. You will have more confidence in everything you do Knowledge is Power.

Congrats Russell, I got my GRI quite a few years ago but really enjoyed the classes and found it very helpful to my business.
