New Towne Village is a pool community set in the rolling hills and pastures of unincorporated Union County NC. The Village of Wesley Chapel NC is nearby where New Town Village residents can find shopping and community services at the Village Commons. Historic Waxhaw NC with its quaint shops and farmers market is a few miles away. The neighborhood has a Waxhaw mailing address.
New Towne Village was built from 2003 to 2006. The neighborhood has some homes under 2000 square feet in size but most are over 2500 square feet. Lot sizes are typically a third acre to over a half acre. Homes were built with transitional styling and feature brick or stone front accents.
