First Time Home Buyer Seminar Home buyer education is the first step toward owning your own home and building equity in your future. First-Time Home Buyer Seminars have helped guide prospective home owners through the complicated and often confusing process of purchasing a home. The Housing's seminars is conveniently offered in Lynnwood & Marysville and at no cost.  Professionals from several fields will talk you through the home buying process and the responsibilities of home ownership in a comprehensive program presented in an educational, non-sales oriented environment The topics will provide a better understanding of the home buying process from start to finish.  Repeat  buyers who have taken this class indicated they wish they had take a class for the first home because many of the problem arose when they went to sell their home.  This class is suitable for most first time home buyers.  The ever changing Seattle and surrounding area home market you are encouraged to take this free seminar.
