The home ownership in the West about 61.3% and in the Northeast 63.9% continues to pull the overall rate decrease while in the Midwest 71.1% and South at 69.1% remained elevated than other parts of the country.

Housing units in the county that are occupied are about more than 85% in the third quarter while 14.4% were vacant.

The Census Bureau accounted sales of new single-family homes dropped almost 30% in August as demand decreases.
