Hi ANita: This is a situation where I will take a good book, and relax.... The property is not well sitauted - only meaning it is by the lake, etc.. and cannot imagine having too many people but jsut trying to keep the seller happy! May I wish you a good weekend also! Best, Gay

Joyce: Thank you - Unfortunately, this was a situation whereby the owners thought they could invest in a weekend proeprty, and watch the value appreciate........ end of story!.... It is pretty, and we will sell it though... Not my area, but the owner wanted me on the listing/didn't want me referring it.. so I am sharing it with a friend in that area...
