Take a good look at what a Heat Map looks like.
I'm not reproducing the individual images here because they are subject to copyright, but if you Google the term "Google Heat Maps", you'll see that a heat map, when superimposed over a Google Search page, tells you which search results site viewers are most likely to notice.
Heat maps indicate that there is a "triangle" zone in the upper left-hand corner of search results. Within the triangle-shaped zone is where you want to be.
Heat maps indicate that you need to show up in the first 5 to seven spots in search results in order to have a good likelihood of being viewed by the majority of site visitors. And as you drop down from one search ranking position to another, that triangle tapers more and more.
If you want more listings (and who doesn't), try this out:
Visit my blog post below about "How to Create a Massive Online Footprint For Your Listings"

Pursuing that strategy will give you page after page of search results for any of your listings by address on the Web. Then once you've done that, superimpose the Google search results "heat map" over each page of your results for a particular search and demonstrate to your listing clients how you attract buyer prospects using this technique.
This gives you one more weapon in your arsenal that can be used to show clients that you know and understand how to use the Web effectively in your real estate marketing.
