Saturday December 4th, 2010, the Downtown Maple Ridge BIA proudly presents the Second Annual Christmas Market, from 4 - 8 pm, in conjunction with the Christmas Festival and Santa Parade. The Market will once again be located in the covered parking area on the north side of the park (located behind Jim's Pizza) a great family event and it's "Ours to Share"
Last year, Festival, Parade and Market combined attracted approx. 10 - 12,000 people to Downtown Maple Ridge and everyone really enjoyed the "Official Kick Off" of the Christmas Season in our Downtown. Enjoy some apple cider, hot roasted chestnuts, or other seasonal treats, browse through the festive market for really special gifts, or listen to the carolers, while waiting for the parade to pass directly by the market, or just enjoy all the different festivities; it's a great old fashioned Christmas atmosphere downtown Maple Ridge and you just "got to be there!"
