Historic Long Grove, IL Tree Lighting Ceremony in Apple Haus Square this Saturday
This weekend in historic Long Grove, IL the community tree lighting ceremony with Santa , Dickens Carolers, & Holiday Characters is this Saturday November 20th in Apple Haus Square.
Festivities start at 3:30 with the official lighting of the tree. The weekends are events are as follows:
- Community Tree Lighting Ceremony - 3:30 to 4 p.m.
- The "Jingle Singers" will be singing carols at they stroll through the village of Long Grove from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
- Long Grove Wood and Wire Guitar Mando Duo at Beans & Leaves Cafe 3 - 5 p.m.
- Horse-drawn carriage rides Sunday from 12 - 4 p.m.
- Caroling, Pictures and Lunch with Santa, at Timmy's and Village Tavern from 1 - 5 p.m.
- Another Tree Lighting at 5 p.m.
Every weekend in historic Long Grove through December 19 you can find Carolers, horse drawn carriage rides, and Santa strolling through the quaint streets of this warm and cozy village.
The charm and old fashion feel of Long Grove, IL comes to life during this amazing time of year and a visit to one of the weekends events should be a must do on your holiday schedule this year.
