This Weekend Only: Special Rate from Standard Pacific Charlotte

This weekend only, Charlotte-area home buyers can save big on a Standard Pacific home in the Charlotte area. We're offering a 2-1 rate buy-down on FHA 30-year fixed rate loans for the first two years. Our FHA 2-1 buy-down special is available on all Charlotte-area StanPac homes, including Quick Move-In homes. Homes must close by 12/30/10.

Here's the breakdown:

Year 1: 2.625%
Year 2: 3.625%
Years 3 - 30: 4.625% (5.51% A.P.R.) FHA 30-year fixed rate
Seller-paid closing costs**
