I am interested in purchasing a home in Johnson City, TN. I would like to purchase a forclosed home at a minimal cost. Perhaps a bank owned home is best for me. I am retired and living on a fixed home. Would be interested in doing some work to make a fixer upper work. Seeking a quiet neighborhood with a nice backyard for a small garden and deck.
