$220 in Savings Brings Me That Much Closer to My Grand-daughter!
I have a slush-fund into which I allocate all kinds of bonus money.
- The unexpected referral to sell Mr. Investor a $40,000 fix-up.
- $100 "gift" I receive for helping another agent by accompanying a home inspection for their clients.
- $100 I earn off a Visa Gift Card rebate from my checking account.
- And now, $220 I can save in ink toner charges with a new Kodak Printer.
How cool is that? For years, I had astronomical charges in ink toner with the printer I'd purchased along with my home office computer. It was less expensive to take the 35 minute drive to my office and print off listing sheets and flyers there, than on my home electronics. Not only was I spending way too much on ink, but needlessly wearing out my car, burning gasoline, and wasting valuable time.
And what's my favorite use of time? Visiting family. Nothing is more precious, and in this age where our children can live in all corners of the USA and beyond, it's a priority of mine to keep a savings account going called "My Trip Fund".
So, if I saved $220 this year, it's an easy choice to make where to put that fast cash...right in the trip fund allocated for my next visit to Green Bay, WI to visit my precocious 2-year old grand-daughter. And then, watch me spend my time capturing "Kodak Moments!!!!"
“This post is for the ActiveRain 'I could save $220 with Kodak Contest. I have a chance to win a free
Kodak Printer, $$220 in cash to use for the idea in my blog post, and an extra $100 to use toward ink!.”
