Which's the Best Pancake Mix?

According to Bo Appétit Magazine pancakes should be made from homemade batter are almost always better than store-bought versions. Fluffy, filling, and topped with sweet maple syrup, pancakes are the ultimate comfort to an empty stomach on a cold winter morning. In a pinch, though, it's good to know how things stack up in the aisles of your local grocery store. Which brands are the best for you, is open to interpretation!

Here are the following lists;

Hungry Jack Complete Extra Light & Fluffy Pancake & Waffle Mix

Aunt Jemima Original Pancake & Waffle Mix

 Nature's Path Organic Buttermilk Pancake Mix

Organic Batter Blaster Original Pancake & Waffle Batter

Baker Mills Kodiak Cakes 100% Whole Grains Frontier Flapjack and Waffle Mix

Nature's Path Organic Buttermilk Pancake Mix

I do like my pancake with walnut and fruits, cooked with real butter and  with molasses on top!

This is just FYI only!

Adam - SturdiWheat pancake mix is best if you don't make homemade pancakes!  Here is their site www.sturdiwheat.com.  I've been ordering them the past 2 years after hearing about them from a friend who is from Red Wing, MN.  Awesome mix!

Hungry Jack  seems to do the trick for me, breakfast after all is the most important meal of the day.
