I don't know where the saying comes from but when I think of this market I think " This too shall pass". Forgive me because I don't know who said it ,or for what. We all agree that this market is most challenging and the majority of us wish it would change.
No worries! Everyone knows this is just a cycle and if history repeats itself, as it always does, this change will happen and we will be busting busy, busy again.
Just as winter gives way to spring and everythings blooms and is alive again, the real estate market will bud and bloom and be alive again.
Be patient and above all keep the faith, as sure as, tomorrow comes "This too shall pass". Wishing you all bright tomorrows.
