I've been at this new office with Southern Arizona Real Estate for a little over a week now. ...It's been busy getting my clients paperwork all together so that they are now listing with the new broker. It's alot of signature getting and faxing. I've still got a ways to go but I finally feel like I am a part of the activity.

It's nice to be in an office that is closer to my home and a part of the community I live and work in. The office has a natural team quality to it. Everyone shares what they are doing and freely works all the listings.

People come and go from this office all day long. BUYERS Walk In The Door!!! woohoo. I think my sellers are going to like the move.

I plan to contribute  to the office with my marketing ideas and graphic capabilities. I've also been showing how I work on the internet. Sharing the use of postlets and vflyers. Yesterday I helped someone start their new Poin2agent website. They are amazed that these things are easily accessible and are not fully utilized in our area. 

I'm really looking forward to the work here!
