A local favorite eating spot in Brookfield, The Clam Box, famous for its ice cream & fried fish, has expanded its menu to include an All You Can Eat Brunch Buffet, Sunday Mornings from 8:30am - 11:30 am. My family and I decided to give it a try and we were very happy we did.

When we walked in we were greeted by the cashier who took our payment and offered up the specials, the kids opted for M & M Mickey Mouse pancakes, which were made to order.  My husband and I, the lobster asparagus omelet from the omelet station, WOW Lobster!  

We walked in to find the dining room spiffed up w/ white table cloths. The buffet consisted of sausage hash, scrambled eggs, delicious home fries, pancakes, waffles & bacon; marinated steak tips, Italian sausage and peppers, a ham carving station, and a bacon shrimp & scallop saute (that I must admit I went back for seconds on).  In addition to all these delicious items there was a bagel station complete with lobster cream cheese & a desert table with cheese cake with choice of strawberry or blueberries and other sweet delights, such as strawberry shortcake and warm apple fritters with maple dipping sauce.

We all enjoyed our meals and went up several times to sample a little of each offering.  We over heard other guests all remarking on how great the food was and all were in agreement that it was about time we had a great brunch to go to in Brookfield.

We found the staff to be extremely pleasant, friendly and attentive to removal of used plates and glasses.

All in all we loved the meal and are looking forward to going back again.
