My wife says that if they had the ADHD label back when I was a kid, I would've been the Poster Boy.
Yup, I have a lot of hobbies and interests.
I love to:
Fish, (both ocean and fresh water)
Run, (try and go 3X week)
Boat, (hole in water I dump money into)
Build and fly R/C models, (Member of the Rivanna R/C Club)
Cook, (past roomates used to tell me it was my form of therapy)
Talk Real Estate (that's a given!),
Watch NFL football (Go Patriots!),
Spend time with my wife and two teenage daughters,
Meditate, (getting in tune)
Hike,
Play my trombone, guitar, baritone, etc., (member of the C'ville Municipal Band)
participate on the Forest Lakes Board of Directors,
and the list goes on...Jack of All Trades, Master of None, could also fit, I guess.
And the Mrs further states that Charlottesville (in Albemarle County) is perfect for me, and anybody else with loads of interests, because of all the opportunity here.
I mean, you've got all the cultural influence of the University of VA, you've got all the historical landmarks (Monticello, Ashlawn, Montpelier, just to name a few), and mix in our location center to the Blue Ridge Mountains to the west, the Chesapeake to the east, and Washington, DC to the north--and you've got an ADHD's heaven on Earth!
