I  ALWAYS run out of TITLE space when I post my rental listings on Craigslist which is why I like my routine where I DELETE and then REPOST them in sequence....no more creating the wheel with abbreviations....

If you are N♥T using ALL of the Craigslist heading title space, you may be leaving some interesting information out that would normally cause a prospect to CLICK on it!  It's EASY to see which ones are mine!!

Hi Wallace,

I am going to ask a favor.  Could you give me what I need to do step by step in listing properties on craigslist.  I work with a property management company and I am a lead generator.  I do get some calls from my craiglist postings but nothing solid yet.  I need to know everything from titles, body of posting, how often to repost, etc. 

Hoping to get some help with this.

Deborah * if you have a Listing html, you can post that OR you can generate one using www.postlets.com and copy and paste from there * postlets is free.

There is a Craigslist group on ActiveRain that can be very helpful for you to join!!!  Just do a SEARCH for Craigslist group
