Hour of Power! Need suggestions...

I am going to be calling for one hour every day Realtors that I'm looking to build business with.  I need a simple script that will help open doors to these Realtors and won't be very long.  Any of you LO's had great success that you would care to share?  I feel confident that if I devote 1 hour a day to my least favorite event, I will start to improve my skills, learn to overcome obstacles as well as grab a few new loans.  Let me know what has or hasn't worked for you!  Thanks for sharing!!
