Sorry Fred, I think pictures would do better on this one. The camera shakes way too much and the lens isn't wide enough. It's like walking through the hall with your face a few inches from the walls. Good idea but I think you need to work on it more.

Videos are becoming a great way to show properties. I have been using them extensively for relocation clients and they love them.

Per Tim's comment #12, it is difficult for us to make these videos look like professional productions. But, even at this stage I think the consumer is finding them more useful than simply seeing photos,

Hi Tim...I also have 20 photos on the MLS listing 30 photos on my web sites, along with a Virtual tour, all very good, funny thing, Consumers seem to like the Video..go figure

Hi Valerie...I just use a compact Casio Compact Camera with wide angle lens(comes this way) and 3 times zoom. There are better cameras out there Kodak has one.
