This is a 21 yrs and older event. Trolleys and buses will be providing rides throughout town.

I got scared when I read the title. To funny, I guess the point of the title worked its charm and got us blogging.
Sounds like fun and for a good cause. I guess the word "testicles" can get you on the front page of AR.

Joan they are serious! This is one of the biggest events in town! It's a tradition, you can't come to the festival without buying some hot testicles. Just drink a lot, they won't taste that bad!
