A while back I wrote about the customer abroad buying his second house with my help, sight unseen. Well, my customer arrived in the states, and we met at the house yesterday. Much to my extreme relief, he liked the house. We spent a good portion of the day together, looking at the house and yard, talking to neighbors, and then having an early dinner with my husband. It was a great day, surpassed only by the closing today. I felt relaxed all evening just knowing that he got a great deal, and he recognizes it. This, unlike the previous house, is the one he plans to live in when he retires from his overseas job. It's a nice house, with really great potential. There really are some great deals out there... and some great customers. BTW, his wife has yet to see either house. I'll just keep my fingers crossed.

Indeed there are so many opportunities for home buyers in a position to purchase at this time. It's hard to believe that in many areas that prices could go down anymore than where they are at now! I'm so glad your buyer likes this sight unseen property. I had sold 2 like that and I was miserable until the buyers made it here for the Closings and were satisfied with their purchase. Good job.
