Most Mondays I make my granddaughter, Mia, my motivation for the week. She keeps me going and helps me stay motivated for yet another week of negotiations, showing houses, listing houses, etc. Not sure I could do it without her!
Mia’s mom, my daughter Emily, caught her posing with this rather strange looking gentleman. This was Mia’s idea and completely unsolicited! She was hoping her mom would have trouble finding her. I think her giggling gave it away.

Jon--My brother and I would always get the giggles at the dinner table. Then when I had children, the same thing happened! I guess it is genetic because now my grandchildren are infected!
Tammy--Sounds so corny, but Mia is my little ray of sunshine.

Harry--I tell my daughter that Mia is the nicest gift she could have ever given me!
Leilani--I would love to say she gets it all from me, but that would not be true!!
She is a little cutie for sure. We will be glad when our two yr old grandson can go with me on a few showings!
Trey---Have not done that yet...taken them with me on showings. I think they would probably be bored and not want to be there! Houses are prbably more exciting in Texas!!

I somehow missed this. I can just picture her giggling at the thought of fooling mommy as she hid in plain sight. Too, too cute and you're right of course, they are what it's all about. Give her one extra hug for me.
Mia is a stark contrast to the boring guy beside her. She's pretty darn cute.
Joan--Up until recently, I had not been spending hardly anytime with my family (workaholic). I am finding that a little time spent with my loved ones is great for rejuvenating!!
Kim--Mia's mom is my daughter, Emily. I look like my mom, Emily looks a lot like me and Mia looks a lot like her mom---it just goes on and on and on!
Geri--I will be more than happy to give her a hug for you--how about two or three?
