One of my invitees to ActiveRain started blogging today.

His name is Doug Pemberton of San Clemente California. He is a Realtor and an investor.

I met Doug through the Mike Watson Institute of Real Estate Investing. He participates in our Broker RoundTables. I'm looking forward to doing our first deal together.
