the photos here are added by my listing template and then copy-pasted into AR.

but the easiest way to ad pictures is to click the button on the Navigation bar (next to the bold and italicized buttons) by clicking on the tree image (see below) button a pop up window appears and you can grab images from you hard drive and size them any way you want.
