Bar Codes are coming to Real Estate and are becoming very popular.
Consumers shopping the residential and commercial properties listed by Stirling Sotheby's International Realty in the central Florida area, will soon be able to use their smart phones to access all of the information about the listing.
Roger Soderstrom, Stirling Sotheby's founder/owner, recently announced that both potential home buyers and commercial clients will be able to access a comprehensive data base about our listings, by snapping a picture of the bar code on the property "for sale" or "for lease" sign.
Stirling Sotheby's is in the process of redesigning all of their signage, brochures, postcards, website and advertising to accomodate the bar codes.
"This will be a huge benefit to consumers searching for additional information on individual properties, and the entire data base will be accessible using the new bar code system.
