Denver Area Real Estate - South Suburbs - Market Reports - August 2007

The media continue to tells the world that the real estate market is so terrible, but for the south area of Denver, including Douglas, Jefferson, and Arapahoe counties, that is not necessarily the case.  Of course, different areas and locations will have varying statistics, but over all, houses are selling in the south suburbs of Denver.  And this is definitely a great time to be a Denver buyer.  There is plenty of inventory to pick from and you are bound to have quite a selection. 

That sometimes makes some buyers feel that they have all the time in the world, however that is not always the case.  The best Denver homes that are priced right are still selling relatively quickly, so if you see the perfect Denver property at the perfect price, you need to know, it may not be available tomorrow.  Let the media tell you otherwise, but that is the way it is.
