365 things to do in Worcester County - shovel your walkway in Massachusetts.  Yes this blog is a bit premature, but with Thanks Giving tomorrow ushering the Winter Market, I feel that this is the perfect time to talk about what is coming our way.

We live in New England and therefore, snow is inevitable.  We all no that Snow is nature's way of giving us the "honey do" list.  Honey, go shovel, honey, go scrape the ice off the Windshield, Honey, go put the ice-melt on the steps.  You know.

Well home owners now should be move vigilant than before as the Massachusetts laws changed to require owners to treat snow and ice like any other hazard on the property.  This has serious ramifications for Sellers of vacant homes.  Properties need to be constantly maintained in order to avoid legal pitfalls.  Please read more about this issue and make this one of your 365 things to do in Worcester County - shovel your walkway in Massachusetts
