We had 29 new homes come on the market and 2 homes that were off market that are available again for 31 new properties to look at. We also had 62 that could not sell in the time they were being marketed and 2 more that for some reason decided to take their home off the market.

What a great idea to include price reductions on your market report.  Look at the expireds...OUCH!!!

Rick and Ines -- I include price reductions to let people know that this is a fluid market and the original price may be to high as many people are finding.

On properties that I have listed I did 3 price reductions last week and I am doing one more this evening 9/10/07 to try to get on the leading edge of the market.
