Since my days as an insurance agent (I had hair and weighted a lot less), I have recognized the need for a business plan. Part of any good business plan is a "what if..?" section. This past week has brought my plan to a test as I have been physically immobilized by an old back injury which resurfaced. Although, only immobilized, I am glad that I have had such a wonderful office manager and affiliate staff. As wonderful as they have performed, one glaring gap is my failure to have a legally qualified assistant broker in place to carry on in the event my disability had been total.
Obviously, I will move the filling of that position PDQ.
