OMG...Sally I need a trip to Hawaii and the beach so bad right now...think I am ready to move there and sell real estate...lol
Thanks Jeffrey....that means I gave the readers something good to view ...and think about :) :)
Sally, you reallty DO know your area, your market and all things rrelated to real estate in your area! I also stopped by to wish you a belated Happy Thanksgiving! We ran the Austin Turkey Trot yeaterday and here is what we caught for dinner...Not really, I would not know where to begin as far as preparation! Heck, I am thankful I could pick up a bird from the local market! ;-D
I hope you had a good one and...maybe even decide to skip the whole "Black Friday" shopping madness and actually relax!
Russell: We just went to eat at Genki Sushi :) Then came home. No madness for us!
Sally there is no doubt that you have a tremendous knowledge of Hawaii and the Real Estate market there. You only have to read a couple of your blogs to quickly come to that conclusion.
You are sure the queen of blogging in Hawaii. I like your presentations.
I just couldn't have said it any better, Sally! Buying a home is a HUGE move and it takes someone to assist that not only knows real estate but THEIR COMMUNITY!
Sally - If I was relocating to Oahu, you would certainly be the person that I would be contacting!
Sally - In this market change is happening fast. What tools do you use to keep up?
Bob: Another post...this one is specifically to show that not only do we have the knowledge of our market area...but KNOW the area we're in. BTW, my mom was born, raised on Kauai. She'll be 83 in January!
Thank you all for stopping by to enjoy the show!
Hi Sally - Hope your Thanksgiving was great. Your video is wonderful - you should be on the tourist board!
