I can never bring myself to wake up early, wait in long lines and fight the crowds to take advantage of the black Friday specials but I didn't want to miss out on all the excitement this year so I came up with a plan. Instead of taking advantage of the black Friday specials as a consumer I am offering a couple of door busters of my own. These deals will last all week too not just today.
Buyers - For all new buyers that set an initial consultation appointment with me by Friday, December 3rd, 2010 you will receive a free home inspection when you buy a home with me (up to a $400 value). Additionally, I will pay for your appraisal if you are in escrow before the end of the year. (another up to $400 value) Lastly, I will donate $100 to the West Valley animal shelter in your name when your escrow closes. (I love helping animals and they can always use the help)
Sellers - Every seller that has a listing appointment with me by Friday, December 3rd, 2010 will receive a $100 gift certificate to Macy's. Additionally, when you list with me you will receive 2 hours of consultation with an interior designer to help you with staging your home to make sure we get top dollar for your home. ($500 value) When your home sells I will also pay $300 of your escrow fees. Lastly, I will donate $100 in your name to the West Valley Animal shelter upon your escrow closing.
Realtors - For every referral that I receive by Friday December 3rd, 2010 I will give a 30% referral fee to you. I will also donate $100 to your local animal shelter in your name, upon closing of the buyer or seller that you refer.
