Coyote Springs Nevada the master planned community has announced a Sept. 2008 opening the master builder Pardee Homes Las Vegas announced. Coyote Springs Nevada master planned community is located 50 miles north of Las Vegas. A few street signs exist but there are no paved roads to drive on which keeps it restricted to construction personnel only. The golf course is almost complete. The projected population in 40 to 50 years to be 160,000 residents. Understand that this project and it's developer are in no hurry to open as long as Las Vegas residential real estate takes a beating. The prices are predicated on what the price is in Las Vegas......do not look for Coyote Springs Nevada to take off until Las Vegas residential real estate stabilizes.
