Just wanted to share an idea for sharing your laptop presentations with prospective sellers and buyers.

By saving your presentations to CD-ROMs and distributing them to your prospective sellers and clients you will save alot of valuable time for both of you.  Before meeting with them, just drop your presentaions off and have them review it before your meeting and if they have any questions about it they can ask you when you meet with them about their home.  Presentations, brochures, virtual tours, and CMAs on disk is fast becoming the norm. It's a safe assumption most buyers and sellers now have a computer system at home, and some may be more likely to review these items on disk than in a printed version. In addition, once you have the presentation created, the cost of making extra disk copies is minimal.

If they prefer a printed version by all means have this available to them.  Another great way to send your presentations is to email it to them a day ahead before you meet.

Hope these ideas are useful.

Great advice - time is money and you can eliminate so much of what you plan to see - our real estate show is on-line and it helps buyers include and exclude properties by previewing......you buyer will appreciate not being drug all over and seeing properties that fit their needs that they have previewed......
