Building like this can have a lot of character and serve weel for the right person. Sounds like B&B could be a good option, as offices would change the character

Hi Jon,  Thanks, I think a nice B&B would be great option since the location is so close to everything.  The downtown area is building a river walk and the pavillion is already just built.  Lots of changes in the downtown area.  A B&B could be a great option.

I love getting funky listings like this. They are really so much fun. At $325K here in the Hamptons... there would be a bidding war on this listing well upwards of $1M. Location! Location! Location!
