I wanted to post it last Monday as a recap of last week, but I wanted to use an image, which was not mine, so I asked, and then waited, but did not receive the permission, so I am bit late with it. Still, as we all know, better late than never, so here it goes.
These four AR members reached their respective milestones last week. They are measured in AR points. And no matter what many say about points, it is a measure of perseverance, dedication, patience… They are not a guaranty of professionalism, but they are as close an indication as it could only be.
This is not an accurate account of everyone on AR who reached the milestone; these are those that caught my eye.
Sean Allen – International Financing Solutions, Fort Myers, FL - 401,415 points.
Sean and his company are working here in the United States, as well as in Central America and the Caribbean.
For those who are not looking for commercial financing, do not walk away. Nowhere on the profile page did he say “Professional Photographer”, but if you go and check the photos on Sean’s post, you would know it right away. Stunning photos, and taken with a degree at least higher than that of average amateur. Look at this crab. Look how the background is blurred… it is not something that you get on Point and Shoot cameras…
Joan Whitebook, New Hampshire 501,030 points
Her profile page says that she is “on sabbatical and taking a break from the practice of real estate.” She writes good localism posts about New Hampshire, and I often see her commenting on my blogs.
Sabbaticals do not last forever, and we might see Joan back in the trenches, unless she has nicer things to do in life.
Steve Shatsky, Dallas, TX - 601,553 points
He is a third generation Realtor and for the last 15 years he is in this very competitive Dallas -Fort Worth market. His blogs about Dallas condominiums are what I need to do for my market.
We often are on the opposite sides of a political fence, but Steve is a friend of all powerful people on AR, so I am careful ;-)
Debe is an embodiment of a today’s Realtor. She has tons of energy. She is very consistent and very focused. Following her blogs is a must for a newbie, as it gives them an idea of where they could be both in terms of content and presentation, and how they can get there. It is essentially like watching what the best of the best do. If you are a newbie, and you happen to live in Charlotte, try to grow you business, or consider moving out. She is a mighty competitor.
I love Debbie for many reasons, and one of them is that she is not in Daytona Beach, or I would never have a chance to retire.
I somehow managed to miss her post, but please, follow the link and read it. It would leave you speechless. And leave a comment saying that you love Debe.
Congratulations to all of you. You, guys, are amazing.
P.S. If you go and see that they have more points now, it is because they are so good.
