As many fellow Realtors know this is the time of year we begin to slow down and work on our goals for the following year. This is all well and good but there is still business to be done. Many of our clients fell its a waste of time having their homes on the market this time of year. I certainly disagree, during the Holidays your home shows its best. Think about it? You decorated for Christmas with the tree, lights, etc. The only other time of year a home looks its best is the spring. And what does everyone do in the spring? List their home for sale. This is turn places more inventory and pits more sellers against each other. Additionally, what is prices decline even further or interest rates creap up? How about if the home you want sells? So my advice or opinion is keep working, and sellers keep that home on the market.

Good luck and Happy Holidays.
