Bay Hay & Feed is your Buy Local - Give Local "One-Stop" Shop this Thanksgiving Weekend
Bay Hay and Feed is partnering with One Call for All to help raise money by donating 15% of all sales on Friday, November 26th and Saturday, November 27th to non-profit agencies affiliated with One Call for All. Best of all, customers get to pick which non-profit(s) will get the 15% generated from their purchases.
Bay Hay, looking for a way to help non-profits struggling with under-funded budgets and give Islanders an enjoyable shopping alternative on days traditionally known as Black Friday and Saturday when shoppers jam malls to get a head start on holiday shoppinG, generously came up with the "one-stop" Buy Local and Give Local experience.
How it works: When making a purchase customers will be able to choose any non-profit from the One Call for All donor list to receive 15% from their purchase. One Call for All representatives will be onsite to answer questions and accept additional donations.
This pilot project, if successful, will be used as a model to encourage other Island businesses to implement next year. To show its commitment to the Buy Local-Give Local concept Bay Hay will donate a minimum of $1,500 to One Call for All.
