I'd expect most of us would know what Cyber Monday is.

This is a term coined for first Monday after Thanksgiving - or better definition will be - first Monday after Black Friday. And now, don't tell me you don't know what Black Friday is.

So, one of the biggest shopping day - Black Friday - showed 16% more sales as compared to last year - real good signs for our economy and perhaps, good for us, Realtors(r), too. If they can spend money on consumer goods, they soon will spend money on homes. too!
