Cedar City Subdivisions...Mountain Shadows....

Mountain Shadows in another of our newer subdivisions. It was built starting in 2005. These are mostly custom homes built on .25 acre lots. It is in the Cedar City boundaries on the West side of town. It is just South of the Country Lane Subdivision.

There is one home that is under contract in the subdivision at a listing price of $237,000.

This is another subdivision where there are still several builiding lots available, so you could bring your builder and build the home of your dreams.

Love the snow on the roofs and ground! It's fun to run up to Cedar and visit, but I'm glad we don't get that much here in St George. Looks like a great subdivision.

Debra, I am afraid of a long winter! I snowed so late into the Spring this year that it really doesn't seem that long ago that we had snow prior to this storm!
