Jim - While the prices appears to be slowing rising in a stable manner, it doesn't look like the buyer has to have a "river of gold" in order to buy one of these units! Thanks for sharing the information ... and I really like the format ... neat, clean and very informative!
Jim,
Good news for you in CA! Condo's in Atlanta are still plummeting with crazy high inventories and foreclosures. So important to use an honest agent who knows their area and numbers!!!!
All the best, Michelle
Jim< I think the whole nation must be jealous of your market. Another great piece of work!
Jim- Looks like prices have eroded since 2006, but not near as much as Arizona. This should tell buyers that California is still the place to be and that now is a fabulous time to get a piece of the rock while prices and t=rates are down.
Anyone looking for a place in Mission Valley Cali should seek wise counsel and Jim Frimmer is well equiped to help any buyer or seller make the best decision.
I have to agree, you are lucky the condos are still not plummeting in value. They are still strugging here in Denver. The single detached family homes are doing better. This looks to be a very nice condo community!
